Yes. Almost everything in the collection is built after the order is placed, in the size, fabric and configuration you choose. Nothing is taken off a shelf.
How long does production take?
Each product page shows an estimated production window. That estimate is confirmed in writing once your design is approved, and custom commissions are scheduled individually.
Can I change a design that is already in the collection?
Yes. Size, upholstery colour, headboard shape, storage, lighting and personalised details are all configurable on the product page. Anything beyond that is a custom commission.
Why do some configurations say “Request a quote”?
Bespoke headboard shapes and custom artwork panels are priced individually rather than from a list. When you select one, we ask for the details instead of taking a payment for a figure we have not calculated yet.
Is a mattress included?
No. Beds are supplied with a slat base and are designed for a standard mattress in the size you select. Trundles take a standard twin mattress, also sold separately.
How is payment handled?
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Made-to-order work can be arranged as a deposit now with the balance before delivery.
What are my delivery options?
Local delivery, workshop pickup, or shipping to your address. Oversized pieces travel by freight and are quoted before production. Full details.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this stage. The storefront is set up for United States delivery. If you are elsewhere, send us the details and we will tell you honestly whether it is workable.
